Overview

NCO is dedicated to helping people take back the food chain, one egg at a time, to helping growers put just as much into the soil as they take from it, and in causing ever more acreage to be grown organically, by manufacturing and selling certified organic, premium, soy-free, animal feeds and reselling products used in organic
gardening and farming.

Leadership

CEO of the company, James Campbell, has been a
significant owner and board member since 2008.

Having joined NCO in mid-2014, after holding senior roles in international banks in the USA, UK and South Africa, including Capital One. James also held a senior role at the Executive Board company prior to its IPO in 1998. He holds a Georgetown MBA and an MA from the University of St Andrews in Scotland.
