Vice President // Caroo

Jordan Cohen is the Vice President of Products and Merchandising (P&M) of Caroo, the software-enabled Employee Care platform for today’s flexible enterprise (formerly SnackNation). As Vice President of P&M, Jordan oversees all brand partnerships, new product development, and curation development for Caroo products. Jordan and his team work with hundreds of CPG brands with a heavy focus on the better-for-you snack space.

After several years in corporate finance, Jordan joined the SnackNation sales team where he helped the company achieve exponential growth. Jordan then moved to the Products and Merchandising team, where he grew the team over 3x and developed the brand platform that enables CPG brands to reach their target audience, build brand awareness, and discover new product and consumer insights. He is also the co-host of Brand Builder, one of the top CPG podcasts with over 10k monthly listeners. 

Jordan enjoys advising and supporting brands on everything from conscious leadership to sales to process development. Outside of his interests in the natural product space, Jordan is an avid cyclist, trail-runner, swimmer, and reader. He lives with his wife, KC, in Lafayette, CO with their two fur-babies. Jordan holds a B.S. from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
