Andy jumped in to the emerging online space back in 1998, and has spent the last 19 years helping companies leverage digital marketing technology to successfully grow their business. As a veteran of marketing and business development, Andy has designed and implemented growth marketing programs for both start-ups and established companies. He’s held senior roles at ExactTarget, CBS, Lycos and MediaTrust.

He’s also cut his teeth as an entrepreneur, having started two companies, Lighthouse Events, a race management company and Generate4, a fundraising platform for non-profits.

In a former life, Andy led experiential and leadership programs for corporate teams in California. His true passion is in empowering others to push past boundaries.  

Most recently, Andy has been Founder and Managing Director of MMG, a digital marketing growth and optimization consulting business.  Andy has a B.A in English from St. Lawrence University where he played varsity lacrosse.  Andy moved to Boulder in 2011 with his wife Janet and two kids, Bo (18) and Reilly (16).  He enjoys trail running, backcountry camping, skiing and coaching lacrosse.
